The Teachings of The Late Great Grand Master Cheung Lai Chuen:-

 

1.   Respect the ancestors, masters and morals of our martial arts.

2.   Learn kindness, righteousness and Kung Fu.

3.   Having learned Kung Fu can protect yourself.

4.   Oppress nobody at the least for being a hero.

5.   Meet those who are not faithful and good.

6.   Pass nothing though paid with a hundred thousand taels of gold.

7.   Teach those with righteousness despite of relationship.

8.   Pass none to those with relationship but without righteousness.

9.   Learn well the fists, kicks and stuffs of Pak Mei.

10. Will turn you even from debris to gold.
